Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and milk.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before removing it from the pan.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for the best texture. Do not overmix the batter to keep the cake light. For decoration, add sliced almonds on top before baking.
