Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink in the center, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and minced garlic.
- Add the cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet, then pour the sauce over. Toss to coat everything evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
Adjust the amount of Sriracha based on your spice preference. Experiment with different pasta types to change the texture.
