Description

A delicious and easy meal that combines crispy chicken, creamy sauce, and tender pasta, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink in the center, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and minced garlic.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet, then pour the sauce over. Toss to coat everything evenly.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Adjust the amount of Sriracha based on your spice preference. Experiment with different pasta types to change the texture.
