Description
Delicious grilled chicken skewers coated in a spicy bang bang sauce, perfect for BBQs or quick weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
- Oil for grilling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the bang bang sauce.
- Thread the chicken cubes onto the skewers.
- Preheat the grill and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill the skewers over medium heat for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from grill and drizzle with the bang bang sauce.
- Serve warm, garnished with scallions if desired.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. Adjust Sriracha based on spice preference.
