Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 2g Baking powder
- 50g Brown sugar
- 140g Dark chocolate
- 155g Flour
- 100g Sugar
- 170g Unsalted butter
- 50ml Fresh milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together in a bowl over simmering water or in the microwave. Stir until smooth and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, brown sugar, and white sugar together until well combined.
- Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
- Sift in the flour and baking powder, mixing gently until just combined.
- Pour in the fresh milk and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra indulgence, serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Dusting with powdered sugar enhances presentation.
