Description

A delightful treat combining the rich flavors of brownies with a buttery cake texture, perfect for chocolate lovers.


Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 2g Baking powder
  • 50g Brown sugar
  • 140g Dark chocolate
  • 155g Flour
  • 100g Sugar
  • 170g Unsalted butter
  • 50ml Fresh milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together in a bowl over simmering water or in the microwave. Stir until smooth and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, brown sugar, and white sugar together until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
  5. Sift in the flour and baking powder, mixing gently until just combined.
  6. Pour in the fresh milk and mix until smooth.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  8. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
  9. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For extra indulgence, serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Dusting with powdered sugar enhances presentation.
