Delightful cookies combining maple syrup and cinnamon, topped with rich melted white chocolate, perfect for cozy gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 batch Chewy Maple Cinnamon Cookies
- White chocolate melting wafers
- Holly berry sprinkles
- Food scale
- Light colored baking sheets
Instructions
- Prepare the maple cinnamon cookie dough and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Portion the dough into desired size dough balls, measuring 1.5 oz for uniformity.
- Bake the cookies and allow them to fully cool.
- Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at half power.
- Dip half of the cooled cookies into the melted white chocolate and lay on wax or parchment paper to dry.
- Let the chocolate set and harden.
- Drizzle additional melted white chocolate over the dipped portion using a piping bag or ziplock bag.
- Place holly berry sprinkles on before the drizzle sets.
- Enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or freeze with parchment paper between layers.
