Description

A creamy and flavorful dish combining tender chicken, garlic, and rich Parmesan cheese with pasta, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken and sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
