Description
A quick and simple chocolate chia seed pudding made with almond milk and cocoa, perfect for a light dessert or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup or dates (to taste)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup or dates, and salt.
- Stir well to make the mix even and the seeds spread out.
- Let the mix sit for about 10 minutes, then stir again to stop clumps.
- Put the bowl in the fridge for at least 1–2 hours or overnight until it gets thick.
- Serve cold. Top with fruit or nuts if you like.
Notes
Serve in a small bowl or cup. This pudding can last in the fridge for 4 to 5 days. Avoid freezing to maintain texture.
