Description

A quick and simple chocolate chia seed pudding made with almond milk and cocoa, perfect for a light dessert or snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup or dates (to taste)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup or dates, and salt.
  2. Stir well to make the mix even and the seeds spread out.
  3. Let the mix sit for about 10 minutes, then stir again to stop clumps.
  4. Put the bowl in the fridge for at least 1–2 hours or overnight until it gets thick.
  5. Serve cold. Top with fruit or nuts if you like.

Notes

Serve in a small bowl or cup. This pudding can last in the fridge for 4 to 5 days. Avoid freezing to maintain texture.
