Description
These fudgy, gooey cookies are packed with rich chocolate flavor and a delightful marshmallow swirl, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 cup Marshmallow fluff
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 cups Granulated sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Unsalted butter (softened)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with the sugar until light and smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time. Mix in the vanilla.
- Stir the dry mix into the wet mix until you get a soft dough.
- Use a spoon or cookie scoop to place dough balls on the sheet. Leave space between them.
- Put a small dollop of marshmallow fluff on each dough ball and swirl it in slightly.
- Bake for 9–12 minutes until edges are set but center remains soft.
- Let cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature eggs and butter. Do not overmix the dough.
