Description

These fudgy, gooey cookies are packed with rich chocolate flavor and a delightful marshmallow swirl, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 cup Marshmallow fluff
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter (softened)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with the sugar until light and smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time. Mix in the vanilla.
  5. Stir the dry mix into the wet mix until you get a soft dough.
  6. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to place dough balls on the sheet. Leave space between them.
  7. Put a small dollop of marshmallow fluff on each dough ball and swirl it in slightly.
  8. Bake for 9–12 minutes until edges are set but center remains soft.
  9. Let cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature eggs and butter. Do not overmix the dough.
