Description

A fun and soft cookie with a rich chocolate taste and gooey marshmallow bits, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a larger bowl, cream the butter and both sugars until soft and smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, then mix well.
  5. Add dry mix to wet mix and stir until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  7. Drop small spoonfuls of dough on the sheet, about 2 inches apart.
  8. Swirl a small dab of marshmallow fluff into each dough scoop.
  9. Bake for 10–12 minutes, let cool on the sheet for a few minutes, then move to a rack to cool fully.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature for the best taste. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
