Ingredients
- 24 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa)
- Zest and juice of 2 large fresh oranges
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in orange zest and juice.
- Melt dark chocolate, cool slightly, and fold into the cream cheese mixture along with whipped heavy cream.
- Pour filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with melted chocolate and orange slices before serving.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing for a smooth texture. For a stronger orange flavor, add more zest. Letting the cheesecake set overnight enhances the flavor.
