Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake flavored with chocolate and the bright zest of orange, perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

  • 24 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa)
  • Zest and juice of 2 large fresh oranges
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in orange zest and juice.
  3. Melt dark chocolate, cool slightly, and fold into the cream cheese mixture along with whipped heavy cream.
  4. Pour filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Garnish with melted chocolate and orange slices before serving.

Notes
