Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz semisweet chocolate, melted
- Sprinkles or crushed candy canes for decoration
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place the dipped truffles back on the parchment paper and decorate with sprinkles or crushed candy canes before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate until firm and enjoy!
Notes
Use soft cream cheese for better blending. Chill the balls so the chocolate does not slide off. For smooth chocolate, melt it gradually and stir well.
