Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, combine the cooked chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until heated through.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and cheese until well combined and heated.
- Serve warm and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
For added flavor, sauté onions and garlic in the skillet before adding the other ingredients. Adjust seasoning to taste, and feel free to add more vegetables as desired.
