Ingredients
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 pint chocolate ice cream
- 1 cup cookie dough
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)
- Graham cracker crust (optional)
Instructions
- Soften the vanilla ice cream a bit. Press it in a springform pan to make the first layer.
- Break cookie dough into small bits. Sprinkle the bits and the chocolate chips over the vanilla layer.
- Soften the chocolate ice cream. Spread it on top and smooth it out.
- Freeze the pan for at least 240 minutes until the cake is firm.
- Take the cake from the pan. Add whipped cream on top and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Cut slices and serve. Enjoy!
Notes
For serving, use a knife warmed in hot water and serve on cold plates. Wrap the cake tightly in plastic wrap for storage, and it will last up to one week in the freezer.
