Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (your choice)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese (for serving)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Season the chicken breasts with smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice the chicken.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Stir in chopped parsley and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve topped with sliced chicken and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Make sure to cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) for safety. Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or cherry tomatoes for extra color and nutrients.
