Description

A delicious blend of creamy butter sauce and tender chicken, perfect for busy weeknights or impressing guests.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice the chicken.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Stir in chopped parsley and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  8. Serve topped with sliced chicken and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Make sure to cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) for safety. Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or cherry tomatoes for extra color and nutrients.
