Description

Delicious and easy chicken tenders coated in a flavorful mixture and baked to crispy perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds chicken tenders
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers (or panko breadcrumbs)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray or olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Dip each chicken tender in the coating mixture, then coat with cheddar and Parmesan cheese, and finish with crushed crackers.
  4. Place coated chicken on a baking sheet, spray with cooking spray or drizzle olive oil, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let cool for a minute and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, use plant-based yogurt or vegan mayonnaise. You can use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed. Experiment with different herbs or spices in the coating.
