Description

A delightful dish that combines tart cranberries and bright orange with tender chicken, perfect for weeknight meals or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 orange, juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, orange juice, and zest.
  4. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then place it in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the cranberry orange mixture over the chicken.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
