Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, combine shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and chicken broth. Stir until cream cheese melts and the mix is smooth.
- Add cooked penne to the skillet. Mix well so the pasta gets the sauce.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and cooked bacon. Cook until the cheese melts.
- Taste and add salt and pepper as you like.
- Serve hot, and top with chopped green onions.
Notes
For added flavor, consider serving with a green side salad or steamed vegetables.
