Description

A comforting and delicious pasta dish with creamy tomato and garlic flavors, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes (with juice) to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
