A sweet and tangy chicken dish slow-cooked to perfection with cranberry sauce and orange juice.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 cup whole cranberry sauce
- ½ cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix the cranberry sauce, orange juice, and honey.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve the chicken with the glaze over rice or vegetables.
Notes
For a thicker glaze, uncover and cook on high for an additional 15 minutes. Adding a pinch of red pepper flakes can provide a spicy hint.
