Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from the heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Beat in cocoa, flour, salt, and chocolate chunks until well combined.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
Use real butter for the best taste and good dark cocoa for a deep flavor. Do not over bake, check at 20 minutes.
