Ingredients
- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- Chocolate (for coating)
- Optional toppings (e.g., crushed Oreos, sprinkles)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate and dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place them back on the parchment paper and add any optional toppings if desired.
- Refrigerate until set, then serve and enjoy!
Notes
Use fully soft cream cheese for a smooth mix. Chill the balls well before dipping. Melt the chocolate slowly to keep it smooth.
