Delicious no-bake Oreo truffles made with cream cheese and chocolate, perfect for parties or gifting.
Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups chocolate chips (dark or milk)
- Sprinkles or crushed Oreos for topping
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler.
- Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Top with sprinkles or crushed Oreos if desired.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is set. Enjoy!
Notes
For a smooth mix, use room temp cream cheese. Chill the balls before dipping to keep their shape.
