Description

A cool and easy dessert made with layers of brownies and ice cream, perfect for hot days or parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 cups ice cream (any flavor)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles for topping


Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions and bake in a rectangular pan. Let cool completely.
  2. Once the brownies are cooled, layer half of the ice cream over the top of the brownies.
  3. Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the ice cream.
  4. Layer the remaining ice cream on top.
  5. Freeze the cake for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
  6. Before serving, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings or sprinkles.
  7. Cut into slices and enjoy!

Notes

Use soft ice cream for easier spreading. Wrap the cake tightly and store in the freezer for up to two weeks.
