Description
A cool and easy dessert made with layers of brownies and ice cream, perfect for hot days or parties.
Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 cups ice cream (any flavor)
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings or sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions and bake in a rectangular pan. Let cool completely.
- Once the brownies are cooled, layer half of the ice cream over the top of the brownies.
- Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the ice cream.
- Layer the remaining ice cream on top.
- Freeze the cake for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings or sprinkles.
- Cut into slices and enjoy!
Notes
Use soft ice cream for easier spreading. Wrap the cake tightly and store in the freezer for up to two weeks.
