Description

A tasty twist on traditional cheeseburgers, these rollups combine all the flavors we love about burgers into a fun and easy-to-eat dish, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: diced pickles, onions, or ketchup


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic, and melted butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll them up and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with your choice of toppings.

Notes

These rollups are best enjoyed warm and can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
