A tasty twist on traditional cheeseburgers, these rollups combine all the flavors we love about burgers into a fun and easy-to-eat dish, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: diced pickles, onions, or ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic, and melted butter. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll them up and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
Notes
These rollups are best enjoyed warm and can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
