Description
Soft and sweet cookies that taste like hot cocoa, filled with gooey marshmallow and chocolate chips.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 stick Butter, room temperature
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Marshmallow Fluff
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, add in butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Using a mixer, mix until light and fluffy.
- Add in egg and vanilla extract. Mix together.
- Pour in flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Starting on a low speed, mix until a dough forms.
- Add in chocolate chips and mix together.
- Dollop in half of the marshmallow fluff and make large swirls in the dough.
- Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop dough onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Add more marshmallow fluff to the top to swirl around.
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Let cool slightly and enjoy!
Notes
Serve warm for the best gooey feel. Store cookies in an airtight box with a slice of bread to keep them soft.
