Description

Soft and sweet cookies that taste like hot cocoa, filled with gooey marshmallow and chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 stick Butter, room temperature
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, add in butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Using a mixer, mix until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in egg and vanilla extract. Mix together.
  4. Pour in flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Starting on a low speed, mix until a dough forms.
  5. Add in chocolate chips and mix together.
  6. Dollop in half of the marshmallow fluff and make large swirls in the dough.
  7. Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop dough onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  8. Add more marshmallow fluff to the top to swirl around.
  9. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  10. Let cool slightly and enjoy!

Notes

Serve warm for the best gooey feel. Store cookies in an airtight box with a slice of bread to keep them soft.
