- Whipped cream
- Sprinkles
- Chocolate syrup or fruit sauce
- Cookie crumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Soften your favorite flavors of ice cream until easy to spread.
- In a cake pan, layer a layer of cake followed by a layer of ice cream.
- Repeat layers until the pan is filled, ending with ice cream on top.
- Freeze the layered cake for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, remove from the pan and decorate with whipped cream, sprinkles, and your choice of sauce.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Cut the cake with a warm knife for neat slices. Serve on a cold plate and pair with light cookies or a cheesecake.
