Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti or linguine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add chopped fresh tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- Drain the pasta and toss it in the skillet with the tomato mixture.
- Stir in fresh basil and serve with grated parmesan cheese on top.
Notes
Serve hot, and add garlic bread and a fresh salad for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
