Description

A quick and easy pasta dish perfect for late-night cravings, combining simple ingredients for a rich and comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped fresh tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  4. Drain the pasta and toss it in the skillet with the tomato mixture.
  5. Stir in fresh basil and serve with grated parmesan cheese on top.

Notes

Serve hot, and add garlic bread and a fresh salad for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
