Ingredients
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Juice of half a lemon
½ tsp grated ginger
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 cup warm water
Instructions
Squeeze lemon juice and grate ginger.
Warm water (not boiling).
Mix all ingredients in cup.
Let steep 5 minutes. Strain if desired.
Notes
For extra benefits, add a pinch of turmeric or cinnamon, and serve it cold over ice for a refreshing twist.
