A delightful no-bake dessert that combines the rich flavors of red velvet with a creamy texture, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup red velvet cake mix
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add cocoa powder and red velvet cake mix to the cream cheese mixture and fold until well combined.
- Pour the red velvet mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding a splash of vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture.
