Description

A delightful no-bake dessert that combines the rich flavors of red velvet with a creamy texture, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup red velvet cake mix


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add cocoa powder and red velvet cake mix to the cream cheese mixture and fold until well combined.
  5. Pour the red velvet mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding a splash of vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture.
