Description

A simple no-bake dessert featuring a creamy filling with strawberry puree atop a buttery graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup strawberry puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream


Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until evenly coated.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into an 8×8-inch square baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, strawberry puree, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  6. Spread the filling evenly over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a firmer set, use a bit less puree or add 1 tablespoon of powdered gelatin (dissolved first).
