Description

Delicious Pecan Pie flavors wrapped in crescent roll dough, making for a quick and easy dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp corn syrup (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, corn syrup (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until combined.
  3. Separate the crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place 1 tablespoon of the pecan mixture on the wide end of each triangle. Roll it up tightly and place it tip side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Optional: Mix the glaze ingredients (powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract) and drizzle it over the warm rolls.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

Store leftover rolls in an airtight container. They can be kept at room temperature for about 2 days or refrigerated for up to a week.
