Delicious Pecan Pie flavors wrapped in crescent roll dough, making for a quick and easy dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
- 1 cup pecans (chopped)
- 0.5 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp corn syrup (or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 0.5 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tbsp milk
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, corn syrup (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until combined.
- Separate the crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place 1 tablespoon of the pecan mixture on the wide end of each triangle. Roll it up tightly and place it tip side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Optional: Mix the glaze ingredients (powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract) and drizzle it over the warm rolls.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
Store leftover rolls in an airtight container. They can be kept at room temperature for about 2 days or refrigerated for up to a week.
