Description

Easy and delightful crescent rolls filled with a sweet pecan pie mixture.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup of pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup of butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the pecan mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll them up.
  5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm, optionally drizzled with melted chocolate or caramel sauce. Can be customized with chocolate chips or dried fruit.
