Easy and delightful crescent rolls filled with a sweet pecan pie mixture.
Ingredients
- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 1 cup of pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of corn syrup
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the pecan mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll them up.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, optionally drizzled with melted chocolate or caramel sauce. Can be customized with chocolate chips or dried fruit.
