- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes until the dough starts to set.
- Remove crescent rolls from the oven and brush with the reserved sugar mixture. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and, if desired, sprinkle extra chopped pecans on top before serving.
Notes
Make sure to not overfill the crescent rolls. You can add a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
