Description

A quick and comforting pasta dish that combines creamy ricotta, chicken, and aromatic garlic for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken, diced
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz Favorite pasta
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh basil, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Stir in ricotta cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the chicken and ricotta mixture.
  6. Serve hot, topped with parmesan cheese and fresh basil.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using Italian seasoning or a splash of pasta water for creaminess. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
