Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken, diced
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz Favorite pasta
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Stir in ricotta cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine cooked pasta with the chicken and ricotta mixture.
- Serve hot, topped with parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using Italian seasoning or a splash of pasta water for creaminess. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
