Chewy and delicious Soft-Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies that stay soft and moist, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the vanilla extract and add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually blend this dry mixture into the creamed mixture until just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden, but centers are still soft.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
