Deliciously creamy strawberry cheesecake bars with a crisp graham cracker crust. Perfect for parties or a calm night at home.
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup whipped cream (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form the crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- If desired, top with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for the best taste and texture. Press the crust well so it holds. For clean cuts, chill well and use a hot knife.
