Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons good olive oil
- Kosher salt (to taste)

Instructions
- Fire up the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill for 6-8 minutes per side, flipping after 4 minutes to allow a crust to form.
- Check for doneness: Juices should run clear and an instant-read thermometer should read 165°F at the thickest part.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
