Description

This one-pot taco pasta mixes bold taco flavors with pasta for a quick and easy meal perfect for weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces pasta shells
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Drain extra fat.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
  5. Add pasta shells and bring to a boil.
  6. Lower heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes until pasta is done.
  7. Stir in shredded cheese until it melts.
  8. Serve warm.
