Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces pasta shells
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Drain extra fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
- Add pasta shells and bring to a boil.
- Lower heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes until pasta is done.
- Stir in shredded cheese until it melts.
