Description

Rich, soft brownies packed with dark, white, and milk chocolate for a bold chocolate flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
  • 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch pan or line it with parchment.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar, stirring until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined; do not overmix.
  7. Fold in the semi-sweet, white, and milk chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs, not wet batter.
  10. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan, then cut into squares once cooled.

Notes

Serve plain, dusted with cocoa, or topped with vanilla ice cream. Can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days, in the fridge for up to a week, or frozen for up to 3 months.
