Description
Rich and soft Triple Chocolate Brownies baked in one pan, perfect for a small crowd or a family treat.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (110g) unsalted butter
- 1 cup (180g) semi sweet chocolate chips
- 4 large eggs (200g), room temperature
- 1 cup (210g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (120g) light brown sugar
- 2/3 cup (93g) all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (42g) cocoa powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (180g) chocolate chips of choice + other desired mix-ins
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper and spray it with cooking spray.
- Melt the butter and 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until melted. Set aside to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the cooled chocolate mixture to the bowl and whisk until combined.
- Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then add to the batter. Whisk until just mixed.
- Fold in the 1 cup chocolate chips and any additional mix-ins.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until the top shines and starts to crack. A toothpick inserted should come out with some batter.
Notes
Let the brownies cool before cutting. Serve them warm or at room temperature with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
