Description

Rich and soft Triple Chocolate Brownies baked in one pan, perfect for a small crowd or a family treat.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (110g) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup (180g) semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 large eggs (200g), room temperature
  • 1 cup (210g) granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (120g) light brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup (93g) all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup (42g) cocoa powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (180g) chocolate chips of choice + other desired mix-ins

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper and spray it with cooking spray.
  2. Melt the butter and 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until melted. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the cooled chocolate mixture to the bowl and whisk until combined.
  5. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then add to the batter. Whisk until just mixed.
  6. Fold in the 1 cup chocolate chips and any additional mix-ins.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes until the top shines and starts to crack. A toothpick inserted should come out with some batter.

Notes

Let the brownies cool before cutting. Serve them warm or at room temperature with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
