Description

A simple and delicious chia pudding made with almond milk, sweetened with maple syrup, and enhanced with pure vanilla extract, perfect for meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups almond milk (unsweetened or flavored)
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • sliced almonds, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for a thicker pudding.
  3. Before serving, give the pudding a good stir. Portion into bowls and top with sliced almonds and additional maple syrup if desired.

Notes

For best results, use pure vanilla extract and stir well to prevent clumping. Adjust sweetness to your preference.
