Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until the mixture thickens.
- Once set, stir again and serve in bowls topped with fresh blueberries and your favorite toppings.
Notes
Use full-fat almond milk for a creamier pudding. Let it chill overnight for the best texture. Freeze only the plain pudding for a different use.
